There is always room for growth and often unconcious restrictions in our movement that funnel tension in unnecessarily circuitous loops leading to painful sensations, or feeling sof being tired. Moving like a baby can provide foundational support for movement and though in life and make us feel like we have spring in our step again.

Sessions are 30 minutes to an hour or more. The key for me is to have a time limitation so that we come into relationship and to make the time flexible enough for any movement to take its course enough. Usually there is a ripple into the rest of the day and following morning.

Cost varies by individual.
