A current project is to blend Body-Mind Centering and Contact Improvisation to find ways to contact infants with body surfaces other than the hands, along with hands of course--to engage in an exploration of momentum and intertia, and to see how this effects the chemistry of the family-baby-me triad.

Development occurs in overlapping waves; patterns of expression appear, disappear, and reappear. The challenge of supporting growth is especially time consuming (as you know better than I); during the first phase of childhood, we provide space for little ones as they discover their voice and environment.

Infant Developmental Movement Educators (IDME) undergo a a two-year training to hone the skills to assess and support movement in each infant’s distinctive embodiment process.

Davis Saul trained with The School of Body-Mind Centering in Californina and is a registered Educator of Body-Mind Centering through the Body-Mind Centering Association.
